Orders with color gilded decks

Hello everyone!
I wanted to update everyone but especially those with the color gilded decks. I had gotten a lot of message about orders with the color gilded decks and why they haven't gotten the tracking numbers for it yet. I reached out to the fulfillers recently as to why that was the case and was told they are still waiting on the pristine tucks coming from Cartamundi. Cartamundi sent by these pristine tucks by boat in January. I didn't realize they were going it ship it by boat since it's not a big package and when I asked them to ship it by either DHL or Fedex, I was informed it had already left their warehouse and therefore out of their hands.
As we all know, the boats take forever and so I emailed the fulfillers in January to go ahead and pack color gilded decks using the not so pristine tucks they were originally in.
They missed that email.
The previous estimate I was given on having the shipping completion was with the caveat that the color decks were still waiting to be packed which I was not aware of and under the impression the color gilded orders had already been packed.
Here's the current situation we're in right now: The pristine tucks landed at the dock early March according to Cartamundi's tracking and will be arriving soon to the fulfillers. After being made aware of the miscommunication, I told the fulfillers to start packing using the not pristine but reversed that order an hour later after giving it further thought.
My thought process was as followed:
Color gilded backers will likely be more observant of any damages to the tucks since the cost is higher and are likely collectors. Therefore, using a pristine tuck instead of the old original tuck that had be sliced opened (to removed the cards to be gilded), had the old seal removed and new seal applied would be less of an issue in case the old tuck was damaged during the process.
That being said, the fulfillers have told me that the tucks should be arriving this week or the next after which they'll immediately get on it.
I would also like to point out that the fulfillers went through a massive structural change and therefore have been experience growing pains so thank you for being so wonderfully patient with it.
I hope this project wraps up soon as well.
On another note, here is an update from Post Italiane in regards to Italy's shipping problems:
"We have been advised by Poste Italiane that severe delays are still being experienced in processing postal items due to serious IT problems in Italian customs. This is still affecting all postal shipments from outside the EU. Although we are continuing to process and despatch items to Italy at the moment, due to these technical issues being experienced once they arrive they currently face delays of at least several weeks before being processed by customs and delivered by Poste Italiane. We are in constant dialogue with Poste Italiane but they have so far been unable to give us a date when these issues will be resolved."
